Vid hennes sida jobbar \u00e4ven nionde generationen, sonen Stein och hustrun Grete. Deras ledord \u00e4r \u2013 en m\u00f6tesplats f\u00f6r alla.<\/p><p>\u2013 F\u00f6r dem som \u00e4ter k\u00f6tt inneh\u00e5ller v\u00e5r pilgrimssoppa lamm- och kalvk\u00f6tt fr\u00e5n djur som betar p\u00e5 v\u00e5r mark. Rotsaker g\u00f6r soppan robust och m\u00e4ttande, s\u00e4ger sv\u00e4rdottern Grete.<br \/>Hon visar upp tv\u00e5 spruckna runda stenar som hittats p\u00e5 deras mark. Stenarna anv\u00e4ndes vid \u00f6lframst\u00e4llningen f\u00f6rr, de hettades upp i eldh\u00e4rden och lades i m\u00e4sken som blev varm. Temperaturskillnaderna mellan eldh\u00e4rden och den kalla m\u00e4sken fick stenarna att spricka.<br \/>\u2013 M\u00e5nga pilgrimer \u00f6nskar dricka \u00f6l h\u00e4r. \u00d6let har en speciell st\u00e4llning, det \u00e4r Stj\u00f8rdals stolthet med sin speciella smak av r\u00f6kt malt. Alla g\u00e5rdarna hade ett s\u00e5inn-hus f\u00f6rr, ett hus d\u00e4r malten rostas, p\u00e5 grund av brandfaran byggdes det hundra meter fr\u00e5n g\u00e5rden, ber\u00e4ttar Grete.<br \/>Idag erbjuds enkel \u00f6vernattning i sovs\u00e4ck i Ersgards s\u00e5inn-hus. Toalett och enkelt bad finns uppe p\u00e5 g\u00e5rden. S\u00e5inn-huset brann och byggdes upp igen \u00e5r 1947. \u00c4ven den stora g\u00e5rden har brunnit och \u00e5teruppbyggdes s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt tillbaka som 1755.<\/p><p>Medan \u00e4lvens vatten brusar v\u00e5rystert nedanf\u00f6r s\u00e5inn-huset smakar malt\u00f6let sp\u00e4nnande, en r\u00f6kig smak som p\u00e5minner om tj\u00e4rdoft. Den m\u00f6rka drycken har en viss s\u00f6tma och passar utm\u00e4rkt till soppan. Stj\u00f8rdals\u00e4lven har rikligt med lax och g\u00e4ster som stannar h\u00e4r kan testa att fiska efter en riktig baddare \u2013 upp till 19 kilo stora har man f\u00e5ngat h\u00e4r.<br \/>Pilgrimer erbjuds en enklare sj\u00e4lvserveringsfrukost medan grupper kan f\u00e5 en rej\u00e4l bondfrukost. Bordet dignar d\u00e5 av lokala specialiteter. Brunost, brunostkrem, g\u00e5rdsmj\u00f6lk, filmj\u00f6lk, vaktel\u00e4gg, h\u00f6ns\u00e4gg, krusb\u00e4rsmarmelad, \u00e4ppelmos, sillar, fyra sorters ostar, sm\u00f6r, m\u00fcsli, fr\u00f6kn\u00e4cke, kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d och hembakat skivat br\u00f6d. Kaffet \u00e4r fr\u00e5n ett lokalt rosteri med en v\u00e4lbalanserad smak. Alla smaker \u00e4r rena och \u00e4kta.<\/p><p>Precis som maten \u00e4r varierad och har sina r\u00f6tter i flera hundra \u00e5r av jordbruk, djurh\u00e5llning och \u00f6lbryggning \u00e4r g\u00e5rdsbilden traditionellt vacker. De avl\u00e5nga byggnaderna b\u00e4r var och en p\u00e5 en historia. Det g\u00e5r n\u00e4stan att h\u00f6ra korna r\u00e5ma fr\u00e5n \u201dfj\u00f6set\u201d, ladug\u00e5rden, som idag anv\u00e4nds som festsal. D\u00e5 Kjellrun f\u00f6ddes f\u00f6r 76 \u00e5r sedan fanns fortfarande b\u00e5de kor, h\u00f6ns och f\u00e5r h\u00e4r. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
